As a qualified professional, I deliver individual CBT for various mental health difficulties, such as anxiety and depression. With experience in both online and face-to-face sessions, I am passionate about continuous professional development and incorporating CBT variations to improve clinical treatments. Registered with BACP, I place great emphasis on creating a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, as I believe this is the foundation upon which your progress is built.

My approach is collaborative, working together to help you help yourself. I aim to provide a safe space for you to explore, grow, and process previous life events, finding ways to overcome them and learn from them. In the therapy room, you can expect unconditional acceptance and a non-judgmental environment where you can freely express yourself and explore your concerns.

As a CBT therapist, I understand its limitations and remain flexible in my approach, meeting you where you are in your life and adapting to your unique needs.
