I am a qualified therapist offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to adults.

My way of working is calm, focused, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can take a step back from day-to-day pressures and begin to think more clearly about what’s going on for you.

Sessions are structured but flexible, combining reflection with practical steps so that the work feels both manageable and purposeful.

I value working at a pace that feels right for you. Rather than rushing change, the focus is on building it gradually in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Following NICE guidelines and DSM criteria, I work closely with clinical supervision to deliver the best possible tailored treatment for each individual, ensuring that the therapy you receive is evidence-based, effective, and aligned with your goals. My main focus during our time together is to help you become your own therapist, harnessing your strengths to overcome any future distressing life events.
